Self-financing colleges free to do whatever they want!

I was down with fever for the past two days - feeling OK today - got up in the morning to read the happy news that self financing colleges have been given permission to:

Allocate 100% seats in the `management quota'
Charge whatever fee they want
Conduct their own entrance exam
Apply for `minority' status if managed by a community with less than 50% share in the population

So, its now officially acknowledged that education is purely `BUSINESS'. I am applying for permission to start an engineering college at Ramavarmapuram - seats will be allotted through auction at ebay. Pray to God that you don't fall ill in the future - the self-financed doctor may segfault during surgery.
